I love this convo... for a long time, I have equated relationship/leadership assets to bank accounts. Specifically feedback. Leaders must consider the deposits as well as the withdrawals of those bank accounts to create a feedback rich culture. We always hear feedback in the framework of change... it is equally important as a stabilizer or affirmation of behaviors that should continue. They should stand alone not sandwich. This gives the ability to make a balanced bank account and build trust.
